Side effects for topical steroid creams?? Help!!?

Hi I'm 16, and I have eczema. I've been using topical steroid creams for over 5 years now . Mainly triamcinolone. Can someone please tell me what will happen to me? Will dark spots on my skin dissipear? What are the side effects
