Formal and scars and hair?! HELP!?

I really CAN NOT wait until formal! It's going to be SO fun, but the thing is, is that I have scars on my arms, all over my legs, and the back of my shoulder because of my Eczema. I HATE it. :( I was thinking about buying this top jacket ( http://www.dillards.com/product/I.N.-San-Francisco-Sateen-Bolero-Jacket_301_-1_301_502664462?splashlink=dd_jr_tc1_Dresses_062311 ) to cover up the scars on my shoulder, and I want to buy a long dress so it can cover up the scars on my legs, but I REALLY want to buy a short formal dress. :/ Oh, and I have hairy arms and I was thinking about threading it instead of waxing because waxing is bad for my Eczema, but I have NO idea how to thread my arms on my own, and I like doing things on my own. Can someone please help?! Thank you! c:
