What should i say to him?

asked out a boy ages ago and a few days ago i was texting him and he said the only reason he said no was cos he got diagnosed with kawasaki eczema i dont know what to say to him but he said it's not that he didnt want to its just the eczema thing. so what should i do? does he think that i wouldnt like him cos hes got eczema? and wot should i say to him? please help :)
