I just recieved a summons report of a battery charged filed against me. It states that two middle school kids?

Were fighting and one of the parents jumped in which was said to be me! They have my full name, DOB and im made out to be a criminal! I even have to appear in court! First off, i have NO kids! I live in a different county maybe like 2 in a half hours away! And im completely clueless as to whats really going on! I just think its been a HUGE mix up. Im desperately seeking advice..help
