Has any one had a allergic reaction to a tattoo?

im going to/ want to get a tattoo and asked my mom and she said 'what if i had an allergic reaction' because i am allergic to stuff e.g. nuts, dogs, cats, kiwi fruit and have eczema and asthma. and i was wondering if anyone who is like me who has allergies and that had a tattoo and not had a reaction? or know if i will have a reaction? cause i thought it could happen to anyone, but is it more prone to people like me? thanks
