Skin problems? Help please!?

Im sixteen and have had eczema on the back side of my arms pretty much my entire life. Its not bad, but it gets so annoying, and embarrasses me when people ask me what it is. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it? Ive tries cortizon 7, but no luck. All suggestions will help. Thanks!
