Who should Manchester United sign in the Summer?

I was thinking Neuer, Buffon, De Gea or Cesar. I also think we need a commanding Midfielder to replace Scholes such as Sneijder or Modric. Also i think we need a Striker such as Forlan/Eto'o/Neymar??
