How to make eczema go away faster?

i have this thing to put on it but it isnt working well enough! i have it all over my face right now and i need it to be gone before tuesday! its killing me! what can i do to make it go away faster!? dont say, just keep putting that thing on, it will go away eventually. Cause i know it will! i just need it to work faster! any ideas!?!?!?
