Cure for Eczema marks?

I haven't had scratching eczema problems for a couple of years now, but still have eczema marks on my body. It's like it's gone and then simply comes back for a very very long time. I've been to the doctor about three times a year, but haven't really gotten any good cuz the doctors at my dad's union sucks. If there's no way to get rid of the marks (or treatment for it to stay gone), then I'm highly thinking of getting tattoos when I'm olderbecause I think a tattoo body looks much better than a disgusting marked up body. I'm 16 btw an by marks I'm not talking about inflammation, I'm talking about the marks in which your skin is soft and smooth, but there are marks on it.
