Traffic School for Speeding Ticket?

The due date to turn in my certificate for traffic school is tomorrow (6/27/11). I finished traffic school last thursday (6/23/11) and I received a email stating that the ticket was processed at 10:53 A.M. on Friday (6/24/2011) and was now currently being shipped to Los Angeles County. I do know that the traffic school where I completed my certification is in Bakersfield, so my question is will my certificate get there by tomorrow so I do not risk getting points on my record and all that wonderful stuff? And if it does not reach the court on time what will happen?
