I have rudimentary Japanese and I don't know the last term, but since you don't have any other answers, here is my guess. "Well,... Mr Sarah (weird, because Sarah is a girl's name?) is a crazy person and a brute boy." It would help to see how it was written to see if the last word is written in katakana, in which case it is probably a direct borrowing from English.
