Is it possible to speak Japanese avoiding those small words "eto...", "ano..", "ne?"..."maa..."?

Yes, you can avoid those words. Those are mostly informal conversational words. That's why you don't really hear them in movies but in anime. I can't stand ano either >> cuz everyone who uses it got it from anime....
