I have eczema have do i make it go?

i have eczema on my cheeks put it small and patchy but i have it really bad on the inside of my arm were it bends (on the other side of my elbow) and its really hurts. it splits and its really red and itchy. I used aquaeous cream and found out its really BAD for eczema and E45 burns and doesn't really work. to be fair most creams burn and I've tried lots of creams and none have worked. HELP! i wanna get rid of it.
